Ingrid Chu

Ingrid Chu is a curator and writer based in New York. Prior to co-founding the New York non-profit commissioning organization Forever & Today, Inc. (2008), Chu curated exhibitions and public projects for over a decade and founded and directed RED-I Projects (2004), an independent initiative that produces roving artist projects in the public realm. She received an MA in Curatorial Studies from the Center for Curatorial Studies at Bard College (magna cum laude, 2003) and her critical writing has been featured in Afterall, frieze, Kaleidoscope, Parachute, TimeOut New York, and other international publications. This fall, Chu will curate with fellow Forever & Today, Inc. Co-Director & Curator, Savannah Gorton, a new commission by Slavs and Tatars, The Flower of Negation (2012). www.foreverandtoday.org
